Welcome to our home page. I am Currently an instructor at Eastern Arizona College. I am teaching Fundamental Chemistry, General Chemistry, and General Organic Chemistry. I have a beautiful wife, a lovely daughter, and three handsome boys, though sometimes they can be quite a handful. I have been in the teaching profession for 17 years and have found it very rewarding. After graduating from the University of Arizona in 1986 with a B.S. degree in Education: Chemistry, I began teaching at Snowflake Unified High School in August 1986. I taught and coached at Snowflake for 3 years. I obtained my M.A.T. degree from Northern Arizona University in 1989. When Heber broke off and formed their own school district, I moved with them to form Mogollon High school where I taught chemistry, physics, and algerbra. I was also privileged to coach the football team and girl's basketball team. After two years at Mogollon High School, I was offered a chemistry position at Eastern Arizona College, and here we are! I began teaching at EAC in August of 1991.
I care about my students, and enjoy seeing them become excited about chemistry. I work at a great college with some great students, and fellow faculty members, staff, and administrators. My hobbies include coaching football, summer league baseball, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade boy's basketball, playing the trumpet and leather crafting.

My wife Paula, loves taking care of the kids. She loves to scrapbook. She has her own business, Scrapbookersnook, and sells scrapbooking supplies. She has been scrapbooking her whole life, but has been doing it as a business for 7 years. She teaches scrapbooking at Eastern Arizona College on Tuesday mornings and Thursday evenings. She loves interacting with others and showing them the joys that come with creating a personal or family history through scrapbooking. Want to know more about scrapbooking?
